Krista

On-Site Manager

Santa Fe Management is ecstatic to welcome Krista, a property manager as of October 2022.  She has a degree in Bachelor of Arts and was the previous owner of 2 small businesses.  Krista was a previous resident of Santa Fe Management at a different property and is familiar with the company; this will make her an excellent property manager.  A few other great qualities Krista has is being kind, being a great listener, and being a great multi-tasker.  Outside of the office, Krista enjoys playing board games and going to the mountains and amusement parks with her family.  She is excited to begin this new journey as a manager and looking forward to learning and expanding her knowledge in the company.

Oseas – Maintenance Tech

Oseas has been a member of the Santa Fe Management, Inc. team since May 2003. Oseas is one of our most experienced Maintenance Technicians and brings innovative ideas to all aspects of our community. Oseas has been nominated for the Apartment Association of Southern Cities’s Maintenance Technician of the Year award over ten times and remains one of our most talented and dedicated team members. Oseas enjoys working with his co-workers, Resident Managers and Residents. Oseas is excellent at troubleshooting and can quickly devise a solution to any problem that arises. Oseas’ co-workers describe him as self-motivated, dedicated and organized. In his spare time Oseas enjoys helping and volunteering in his community.

Marcus – Maintenance Tech

Marcus joined the Santa Fe Management, Inc. team in June 2001. As one of our most experienced Maintenance Technicians, Marcus has remained a dedicated member of our team and is always willing to lend a helping hand. In recognition of his excellent performance at our communities, Marcus was voted the 2007 Maintenance Technician of the Year by the Apartment Association of Southern Cities. He has also been nominated for the award at many points in his career. Marcus enjoys working with his co-workers, Resident Managers and assisting Residents. Marcus also enjoys working with computers, golfing, music and playing the drums.

Javier – Maintenance Tech

Javier has been a member of Santa Fe Management, Inc. team since September 2018. Javier enjoys working with his co-workers, Resident Managers and Residents. Javier is excellent in troubleshooting and can quickly devise a solution to any problem that arises. One of Javier’s most important achievements is coming into this industry prepared and ready to give his all. Javier’s co-workers describe him as patient, respectful and responsible. In his spare time Javier continues to explore the industry to better his knowledge, he also enjoys good food and taking long walks. Javier thanks Santa Fe Management for the trust and opportunity they have given him.
